Trata-se de uma habitação unifamiliar, destinada a habitação própria a implantar num terreno com aproximadamente 9990 m2.
Neste sentido optou-se por um desenvolvimento em dois pisos, Rés-do-chão e Andar.
O primeiro parcialmente enterrado, destinado a zonas de convívio e estudo; o segundo à habitação propriamente dita, a zonas íntimas e de estar.
Estabeleceu-se a melhor complementaridade com os espaços exteriores de modo a gerar-se boas condições de conforto e bem-estar.
Ao nível do espaço exterior, prevê-se um caminho de atravessamento no terreno que garanta o melhor acesso à Habitação e ao anexo de garagem. Este cria uma divisão que permitirá um tratamento diferenciado do terreno e a sua integração na estrutura envolvente predominantemente rural, salvaguardando os seguintes princípios.
- Boa integração das espécies vegetais existentes e a sua articulação paisagística com a habitação.
- Preservação dos espaços exteriores a Sul adjacentes à Habitação, com vista a servir de apoio ao serviço doméstico e a criar maior intimidade e bem-estar aos seus utentes.
- Preservação da cortina de árvores existentes no limite Norte do terreno que cria uma barreira natural contra os ruídos de tráfego e ação dos ventos.
- Ajardinamento das zonas na imediação da casa podendo a zona mais limítrofe a Norte servir para cultivo de um eventual pomar.
- Estrutura: prevê-se um sistema de porticado normal de pilar e viga, assentes em fundação contínua de Betão ciclópico.
- Paredes de elevação: Todas as paredes de elevação serão em tijolo cerâmico, sendo as exteriores duplas e com caixa-de-ar. As espessuras serão as mais convenientes ao seu bom funcionamento.
- Prevê-se o uso de isolamento térmico nas coberturas e paredes exteriores, sempre que necessário, para o balanço térmico do edifício.
It is a single-family dwelling, destined to own dwelling to implant in a land with approximately 9990 m2.
In this sense we opted for a development on two floors, Ground floor and first Floor.
The first floor is partially buried, destined to zones of conviviality and study; the second to housing itself, to intimate and living areas.
It was established the best complementarity with the exterior spaces in order to generate good conditions of comfort and well-being.
At the level of the outer space, a path for crossing in the ground is designed that guarantees the best access to the Housing and to the annex of garage. It creates a division that will allow a differenttreatment of the land and its integration into the predominantly rural surrounding structure, safeguarding the following principles.
- Good integration of existing plant species and their landscape articulation with housing.
- Preservation of the exterior spaces to the South adjacent to the Housing, in order to serve as support to the domestic service and to create greater intimacy and well-being to its users.
- Preservation of the curtain of existing trees in the North limit of the land that creates a natural barrier against the noises of traffic and action of the winds.
- Landscaping of the areas in the immediate vicinity of the house and the most border area to the North can be used for growing an orchard.
- Structure: a normal pillar and beam portico system is provided, based on a continuous foundation of Cyclic Concrete.
- Lifting walls: All lifting walls will be in ceramic brick, the exteriors being double and with an air box. The thicknesses will be the most convenient for its proper functioning.
- The use of thermal insulation in the roofs and exterior walls is foreseen, whenever necessary, for the thermal balance of the building.
