O projeto refere-se a uma habitação unifamiliar, construída numa parcela de terreno de um prédio rústico, com matriz nº1273, composto por “terra de semeadura e vinha”, situado na Freguesia de Bárrio, Município de Alcobaça.
O terreno confina com duas ruas, terrenos de matriz Agrícola e rustica. Na envolvente direta as construções existentes são de carácter habitacional ou de carácter agrícola.
A localização da construção proposta articula-se com o edificado e espaço público existente, seguindo a escala, a cércea e a estrutura de implantação das construções vizinhas, ajustando-se à grande escala do terreno, mas igualmente propondo uma ordenação geral com o conjunto das construções da envolvente. A implantação da nova construção proposta também enfatiza o espaço público da rua, quer física, quer visualmente ao desafogar a sua frente edificada, permitindo a criação de um espaço de jardim à frente da habitação e define uma construção de um volume de 4 frentes que mantém todas as relações existentes, de implantação e cércea, com as construções vizinhas.
Forma se um terraço/jardim na parte sul à cota alta do terreno e aberto com cobertura determinado à garagem. O volume da habitação, com 280.05m2 de área de implantação total é desenvolvido em dois pisos acima do nível da rua e uma cave que aproveita o desnível do terreno.
A construção é constituída, por um R/chão, um acrescento pontual de um piso superior ajustado com a cobertura e por uma cave que aproveita o desnível do terreno, perfazendo uma cércea total de aproximadamente de 6,30m acima da cota da rua. A construção proposta terá uma cércea, ainda assim, abaixo das construções vizinhas existentes.
A habitação proposta, constituída por dois corpos de construção em coberturas inclinadas, organizados em redor de um pátio a sul, referencia-se com as construções existentes de caracter agrícola, constituídas por vários corpos em redor de um pátio, numa atenção à “memória” da ruralidade do terreno que manterá a predominância do uso atual em áreas ajardinadas (a oeste) e agrícolas (a este).
A disposição organizativa e formal da proposta em pátio, dispõe em sucessão áreas programáticas importantes da habitação, formalmente distribuídos com vãos virados para o pátio numa solução favorável relativamente, quer à melhor orientação solar a Sul com os seus ganhos ambientais, quer ao privilégio das relações entre os espaços interiores-exteriores (correlação com o pátio, as áreas de jardim, terraços etc.), quer ainda à criação de espaços exteriores de intimidade da habitação,
As paredes exteriores são executadas em parede simples, constituída por tijolo vazado, com isolamento térmico na face exterior, como as paredes interiores são em tijolo vazado.
A estrutura é executada num sistema porticado de pilar e viga em betão, com pisos executados em laje aligeirada.
The project refers to a single-family dwelling, built on a piece of land in a rustic building, with no. 1293 matrix, consisting of "sowing and vineyard land", located in the neighbourhood of Bárrio, in the municipality of Alcobaça.
The plot borders with two streets, agricultural and rustic land. In the direct surroundings the existing constructions are of a housing or agricultural nature.
The location of the proposed construction is articulated with the building and existing public space, following the scale, the strength and the implantation structure of the neighbouring buildings, adjusting to the large scale of the land, but also proposing a general ordering with the set of surrounding constructions. The implementation of the proposed new construction also emphasizes the public space of the street, both physically and visually when unloading its built front, allowing the creation of a garden space in front of the dwelling and defines a construction of a volume of 4 fronts that maintains all the existing relations, of implantation and cercea, with the neighbouring constructions.
Form a terrace / garden in the southern part at the high elevation of the land and open with cover determined to the garage. The volume of housing, with 280.05m2 of total deployment area is developed on two floors above street level and a basement that takes advantage of the unevenness of the land.
The building is constituted by an R / floor, a punctual addition of an upper floor adjusted with the cover and a basement that takes advantage of the unevenness of the land, making a total area of approximately 6.30m above the street level. The proposed construction will have a footprint, however, below the existing neighboring buildings.
The proposed dwelling, consisting of two building bodies in inclined roofs, arranged around a south patio, refers to the existing constructions of agricultural character, constituted by several bodies around a patio, in attention to the "memory" of the rurality of the land that will maintain the predominance of the current use in gardens (west) and agricultural (east) areas.
The formal and organizational arrangement of the patio proposal has successively important programmatic areas of housing, formally distributed with spans facing the courtyard in a favourable solution relatively, both to the best solar orientation to the South with its environmental gains, and to the privilege of relations between the interior-exterior spaces (correlation with the patio, the garden areas, terraces, etc.), or the creation of exterior spaces of intimacy of the dwelling,
The outer walls are executed in single wall, consisting of hollow brick, with thermal insulation on the outer face, as the inner walls are in hollow brick.
The structure is executed in a porticoes system of pillar and concrete beam, with floors executed in slab lightened.
