O projeto em desenvolvimento situa-se numa área de transição do perímetro urbano, com áreas rurais, distintivo que caracteriza visualmente o atual território do Marco de Canaveses.
O edifício reflete as preocupações contemporâneas sobre o espaço do “habitar” numa fragmentação e distorção experimental de volumes, tomados no “diálogo” refletido com as construções existentes (a eira e o espigueiro) enquanto “memória” da ruralidade do terreno que manterá a predominância do uso atual em áreas ajardinadas e agrícolas.
1- Fragmentação e orientação articulados com o terreno (garagem) articulados com caminhos (herança do Siza).
2_ Problemas de regra e de modulação.
3_ No essencial caracteriza-se como uma casa de r/c que procura resolver através da condição moderna a permanências de vivências da casa vernácula (ex. percursos, da cozinha e relação com o espaço de estar.)
4_ Controle da grande área de terreno através da distribuição/fragmentação programática pela caracterização de diferentes espaços de relação interior _exterior, publica _privado.

The project under development is located in an area of transition from the urban perimeter, with rural areas, a feature that currently distinguishes the territory of Marco de Canaveses.
The building reflects contemporary concerns about the "living" space in through an experimental fragmentation and distortion of volumes, taken from a "dialogue" reflected with the existing constructions.
